Did you know their were several kid-friendly Holiday Tea events in San Francisco this time of year? The annual Holiday Tea is a mother-daughter Christmas tradition in our house. Every year we try out a new one and it's one of the highlights of our Holiday season.


Be warned, these are pricey experiences. I didn't make up these prices, I'm just here to share the info on these very unique and special experiences.


Here is our list of the top kid-friendly Holiday Teas in San Francisco:

FAIRMONT HOLIDAY TEA

When: November 24 to - December 31

Where: Fairmont Hotel, Laurel Court Restaurant & Bar - 950 Mason Street, San Francisco

Price: $164 per person | $95 kids under 12 | excl. 20% mandatory gratuity & tax

What we love: the life-sized Gingerbread House in the lobby of the Fairmont Hotel is already worth a visit! But besides that, the Holiday Tea offers Christmas

music, festive decor and elves walking around doing tricks and balloon art. It is a magical experience.


TEDDY BEAR TEA AT RITZ-CARLTON

When: November 25 & 26 and December 2, 3, 9, 10, 18-23

Where: Ritz-Carlton Hotel, 600 Stockton Street, San Francisco

Price: $192 per person incl. gratuity & tax | kids under 2 for free but receive no bear.

What we love: this beloved Holiday Tea offers a lively show, teddy bear gift and keepsake photos.


SANTA CLAUS TEA AT THE PALACE HOTEL

When: December 2, 6, 7, 9, 14, 16, 20-23 from 2-4pm

Where: Palace Hotel, Garden Court - 2 New Montgomery Street, San Francisco

Price: $140 per person | $70 kids under 12

What we love: the Gorgeous Garden Court in the Palace Hotel has a massive Christmas tree and a visit from Santa!


DOLLIE & ME HOLIDAY TEA AT THE WESTIN

When: December 16 & 16 from 12-2pm

Where: Westin Hotel, Union Square, San Francisco

Price: $95 for adult & kids 4+ excl. tax & $8.22 fee - this experience is recommended for 4years +.

What we love: the perfect mother-daughter afternoon with dollies, crafting event hosted by Kit & Sis and a goodie bag with crafts to be enjoyed with the dolls.


MAGICAL TEA AT TOP OF THE MARK

When: December 2, 3, 9, 10, 16, 17 and 23 from 11:30-2pm

Where: Top of the Mark, 999 California Street, San Francisco

Price: $99 excl. gratuity & tax

What we love: This popuplar Holiday Tea has activities like cookie decorating, balloon art, face painting and music by the Lowell High School choir.


HOLIDAY TEA AT THE SIP TEA ROOM

When*: November 25 to December 23 on Thursday to Sunday

Where: Sip Tea Room, 721 Lincoln Way, San Francisco

Price: $59 per person

What we love: Live holiday music, fun treats and a sing-a-holiday will make it a Holiday Tea to remember.

*On December 15 & 16 at 5pm, they also offer tea with Mrs. Claus, which includes hot cocoa, gingerbread, stories and songs by Mrs. Claus.


HOLIDAY TEA AT CROWN & CRUMPET

When: November 7 to December 31 (closed on December 24 & 25)

Where: Crown & Crumpet, 1746 Post Street, San Francisco

Price: $68 per person | $48 per kid

What we love: Enjoy festive decor, an amazing kids menu and a Christmas cracker.


HOLIDAY TEA AT MAISON DANEL

When: Starts November 24

Where: Maison Danel, 1030 Polk Street, San Francisco

Price: $95 per person | $45 kids under 12

What we love: French pastries and festive decor.


NUTCRACKER TEA AT THE PROPER HOTEL

When: Starts November 24 - Friday to Saturday from 2-5pm or Sunday from 12-5pm

Where: Proper Hotel, the Villon - 1100 Market Street, San Francisco

Price: $65 per person | $35 for kids 12 and under.

What we love: The cute Nutcracker decor and mini nutcracker to go are our favorites here.
